A Night to Remember
On Friday September 5, we gathered for an unforgettable evening to honour Sienna, who would have celebrated her 18th birthday this year. Sienna remains the reason – and the ongoing inspiration – behind Neuroblastoma Australia, and it was truly moving to see the event sell out with so many passionate supporters, generous sponsors, and dedicated volunteers.
The evening featured exceptional guest speakers – Prof Michelle Haber, Prof Murray Norris, and Associate Professor Jamie Fletcher – who shared powerful insights into childhood cancer research and highlighted how we are at a key watershed moment in making real progress. We were also deeply touched by Jaimee Thompson, mum to Jack, who gave an incredibly moving speech about her family’s journey with neuroblastoma.
Guests enjoyed outstanding entertainment from The Hype Boys and Jasmine O’Brien, guided by our phenomenal MC John Cunningham and auctioneer Toby Llewellyn, who helped drive the energy and generosity in the room.
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that, together, we raised over $123,000 on the night – well above our $100,000 target. This incredible achievement would not have been possible without the heartfelt support of everyone who attended.
A very special thank you to our wonderful sponsors:
CT Group, Cunninghams, Mosman BMW, Ergo, Your Story, Rawsons, Symphonia Fine Wines, and Hawksbury Brewing Co.
From the bottom of our hearts – thank you for helping us change the future for children diagnosed with neuroblastoma.
