We are excited to return to the renowned Italian restaurant Pilu at Freshwater for our upcoming Cook2Cure 2026 event, on February 19, 2026.
Guests will indulge in a beautifully crafted two-course dinner at this celebrated Sardinia inspired destination, all in support of vital childhood cancer research. Proceeds from this special event will help fund research into neuroblastoma, giving children with this aggressive cancer a stronger chance for a brighter future.

Taking place on Thursday, February 19, 2026, the event will showcase an exclusive menu designed especially for Neuroblastoma Australia by the acclaimed Sydney chef Giovanni Pilu.
Each course will be paired with exceptional Symphonia Wines, featuring carefully selected varietals sourced from their Victorian vineyard.

The Book
Cook2Cure is a is a delightfully eclectic collection of recipes donated by some of Australia’s top chefs in a bid to raise money for Neuroblastoma childhood cancer.
Supporting us in our mission are 48 celebrated chefs with the likes of Adriano Zumbo, Colin Fassnidge and Diana Chan to name just a few. The book features a variety of tantalising recipes suitable for meat-eaters, pescatarians and vegetarians alike, such as Smoked Ocean Trout Rillettes, Saffron Tagliolini, Roast Duck Fillet with Orange and Hazelnuts, and Chickpea Patties with Green Tahini and Beetroot, bringing fine-dining to the comfort of your home.

A Special Inspiration
Cook2Cure is dedicated to Sienna Hoffmann who is the inspiration behind our charity, Neuroblastoma Australia.
Sienna was diagnosed with neuroblastoma when she was just 9 months old and went through relentless treatments. After 10 months Sienna was in remission but as is sadly often the way, the cancer returned just after she turned two years old.
There is no cure for relapsed neuroblastoma. Tragically Sienna passed away when she was just two and a half years old.
Too many young children lose their lives to this disease – their future and the expected future of an entire family is suddenly cruelly destroyed. The only way to find answers to this disease is through research and funding.
