1st Run2Cure Brisbane a Huge Success!

Neuroblastoma Australia is celebrating the huge success of our very first Run2Cure Brisbane — and what an incredible debut it was! Nearly 2,000 participants ran or walked along the banks of the beautiful Brisbane River to support children with the childhood cancer, neuroblastoma.

The response and support far exceeded our expectations, with the community turning out in force to make this event truly unforgettable. Major courses sold out well ahead of race day, and participants rallied together to smash our fundraising target.

One of the day’s many highlights was the remarkable Team Emily, whose 110 members made up the largest team we have ever seen at a Run2Cure event.

Run2Cure Brisbane also captured the attention of the media, with coverage from major news outlets, including a live interview with Lucy Jones by Channel 9, and a feature segment on Channel 7’s evening news.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our wonderful event sponsors: Early Edge Learning, The Brokerage, Mercedes-Benz Brisbane, DWF Law, Moray & Agnew, Lightweight Athletic Club, Club Lime, and Orana. Their generosity and belief in our mission helped make these achievements possible.
