To raise awareness we would ask players in all grades wear GOLD (yellow) armbands to honour those children that have lost their lives to cancer and to raise awareness for childhood cancer.
As a simple but important way to show support, players and supporters would be asked for a GOLD coin donation on the day to support research into more effective and kinder treatments for children with cancer. 100% of the money raised would be donated to Neuroblastoma Australia.
